Making changes to your flight
If you need to make voluntary changes to your flight (such as changing dates or destinations), ConnectSure can still remain valid as long as the new minimum connection time between flights meets the required threshold. However, it’s important to notify Dohop of any changes to ensure that your connection service remains active.
How to make changes to your flight
There are two ways to modify your booking:
- Manage My Booking: Log in to the "Manage My Booking" section on the airline's official website to view, change, or cancel your booking.
- Contact the Airline: You can also contact the airline's customer support directly via phone, email, or chat to request changes to your booking.
Important information
- Connection Time: If you change your flights, the new itinerary must maintain a minimum connection time of at least 2 hours for your ConnectSure service to remain valid. This is to make sure you have enough time to travel through the airport and board your next flight.
- Notify Dohop: After making changes with the airline, it is essential that you notify Dohop immediately by emailing service@dohop.com with the details of your updated itinerary. This will ensure that your ConnectSure protection covers your new flight arrangements.
