I entered the wrong email address
If you entered the wrong email address when making your booking, what you can do next depends on whether you have access to your Dohop booking reference.
If you have your Dohop booking reference
If you know your Dohop booking reference, you can update the email address linked to your Dohop booking directly:
Go to Manage my booking on the platform you made your booking on
Enter your booking reference and last name
Update the email address associated with your booking
Once updated, future Dohop communications will be sent to the new email address.
If you do not have your booking reference
If you do not have your Dohop booking reference, please contact us by email so we can help locate your booking.
When contacting us, please include:
The full name of the person who made the booking
The last 4 digits of the card used for payment
The correct email address you would like to use
Our support team will review the information and assist you further.
Important: airline email address updates
Please note that updating your email address with Dohop does not automatically update your contact details with the airline.
If you need to correct the email address associated with your airline booking (for example, to receive airline notifications or manage your flight directly), you will need to contact the airline directly to request this change.
