Partial booking due to payment failure
In the event that your booking has been partially completed, i.e. one or more tickets have not been confirmed, this may be related to payment issues. This could be due to insufficient funds, fraud control, or other issues.
Should your booking only be partially completed due to payment issues, a support ticket will be automatically created on your behalf and Dohop Customer Service will assist you in completing your booking. Please make sure that:
- Your payment method has sufficient funds
- Your payment method allows for online payment
- The daily limit for online transactions is high enough
To verify the last two points, please contact your bank. If you have another credit card available this might also resolve the issue.
Partial booking due to technical failure
If your booking is partially successful due to a system failure, this can be verified by our technical team. Dohop Customer Service will assist you in completing your booking.
