Can I upgrade my booking to add protection?
Yes, in most cases you can upgrade your booking and add self-transfer protection after purchase.
When can I upgrade my booking?
You can usually upgrade your booking up to 48 hours before your first flight.
After this time, the option to add protection may no longer be available.
When is it not possible to upgrade?
You cannot add protection if your booking has already been affected by a disruption, such as:
- Flight delays
- Flight cancellations
- Schedule changes
Protection must be added before any disruption occurs.
How do I add protection?
To upgrade your booking:
- Log in to Manage My Booking on the platform you made your booking on
- Enter your Dohop booking reference and last name
- Look for the option to add protection
- Follow the steps to complete the upgrade
